Corn Tortilla Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • Fresh Grated Cheddar

  • Your Favorite Taco Meat (See Recipes for inspiration)

  • Corn Tortillas

  • Olive Oil Spray

  • MoxMexMix

  • Taco FIXIN’S

Directions

  • Place tortillas on grill & spray with olive oil. Sprinkle a bit of MoxMexMix on tortillas.

  • Flip after 30 seconds, add cheese and heated taco meat.

  • Fold in half on grill and grill both sides until done.

  • Eat with FIXIN’S!
