Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 1/2 T. MoxMexMix

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/3 cup chicken or beef broth (can substitute water)

  • 1 T. olive oil

Optional: Add 1/2 chopped and sautéed onion to the meat. Add a small can of green chilis.

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger meat and drain grease.

  2. Add MoxMexMix, salt, pepper and broth. Stir until combined.

  3. COver and simmer at least 5 minutes until well combined.

  4. Uncover and stir until most of the liquid is gone.

  5. Add olive oil and stir together.

  6. Enjoy with fixin’s!
